Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription, selecting "Save More with Automatic Refills," or placing an order that includes a recurring charge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Subscription Policy.
1. Subscription Authorization & Consent
When you select our "Save More with Automatic Refills" option, you are explicitly subscribing to a recurring shipment of products. By proceeding with this purchase, you grant Boostr the authority to automatically charge your selected payment method for future orders at the intervals determined by your specific purchase type.
If your checkout page displays a notice such as “This order has a recurring charge for multiple items” or similar language, you are processing a subscription order. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until the subscription is properly cancelled in accordance with the terms below.
2. Billing Cycles & Frequency
The frequency of your billing and shipment depends on the quantity of items purchased at the time of subscription enrollment:
• Single Item Subscriptions: If you purchase a single item (excluding post-purchase upsells) and select the subscription option, you will be charged and your product will ship every 10 days, unless a different frequency is specifically selected or stated at checkout.
• Multiple Item Subscriptions: If you purchase more than one item (excluding post-purchase upsells) and select the subscription option, you will be charged and your products will ship on a monthly basis.
3. Pricing, Bundles, and Discount Terms
Boostr is committed to pricing transparency. Please review how recurring pricing works regarding bundles and future price changes:
• Bundle Discounts: Promotional bundle discounts (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") are valid for the first purchase only. These discounts are introductory and may be removed for subsequent recurring orders.
• Price Protection Guarantee: While bundle discounts may be removed on renewal orders, Boostr guarantees to honor the original price per item at the time of your enrollment. Clarification: If the market price of the product increases in the future, your subscription renewal will continue to be charged at the original individual item rate you secured during your first purchase. You will never be charged the higher market rate, though the total may differ from the first order if the introductory bundle discount is no longer active.
4. Cancellation Policy & The "19-Day Rule"
To prevent abuse of our subscription discounts, specific cancellation terms apply:
• The 19-Day Lock: If you opted into the subscription service to receive an initial discount, you may not cancel your subscription immediately. You must wait a minimum of 19 days from the initial date of purchase before cancelling.
• How to Cancel: After the 19-day period has passed, you may pause, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Returns & Guarantee Exclusions
Please note that subscription orders are treated differently than one-time purchases regarding our satisfaction guarantees:
• 30-Day Guarantee Void: Customers who opt-in to the subscription program waive their right to the standard 30-Day Guarantee.
• Applicability: The 30-Day Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time, one-time purchase items. It does not apply to any order processed as a subscription or "Automatic Refill."
6. Failed Payments & Termination
If a recurring payment fails, Boostr reserves the right to retry the payment method on file. If payment cannot be secured, your subscription shipment will be placed on hold. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion without prior notice if we detect abuse of this policy.
7. Changes to Terms
Boostr reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of these modified terms.
